Actual device process begins after optical inspection of die and substrate. Process specific adhesive is dispensed using an optimized pattern for device size and thickness. Minimum and maximum fillet is accomplished using manual or automated dispensing systems.

Volume die attach can be accomplished via Datacon or manual placement, dependent on accuracy and density requirements.
